Dream Theater – Thoughts on Distance Over Time and More
My overall feeling with Distance Over Time is that Dream Theater has gotten its magic back! I’ve heard so many elements of what made me love this band in the first place that I can’t help but enjoy the music. I see this as Dream Theater acknowledging they write better music when they compose together, rather than making the entire project the undertaking of one or two people. If this album isn’t proof of that, I don’t know what is.
Delta Works – Reviews of Standalone Tracks
I like their psychedelic side more than anything. It really brought back memories from a different life and I thoroughly enjoyed that while I reviewed their music.
Underrated Albums: Metallica – …And Justice For All
I can’t help but feel …And Justice For All will always remain somewhat underrated. The production debate and the overwhelming press coverage on some of the other albums will always push Justice to the back burner. It’s not fair, though. This is such a killer album.
Bohemian Rhapsody – Movie Review
Certain things should not have been pinned entirely on Freddie and those things will always leave me with mixed feelings. But if this film inspired people who weren’t fans before to do more research on Queen and discover this amazing band and their music, then it has done its job.
